Service features. Trialtech is an information search service provided at no cost to patient users and enables potential clinical trial volunteers to know if they are eligible to participate in clinical trials of their interest. It also allows clinical trial administrators, research centers, and/or researchers to search for potentially eligible patients and volunteers who may be interested in participating in clinical trials.
Trialtech provides dissemination and recruitment services to pharmaceutical companies.
Trialtech does not offer medical assistance services. Trialtech IS NOT A PROVIDER OF ANY KIND OF MEDICAL ASSISTANCE. Therefore, you agree that the search results generated by the UN ENSAYO PARA MI database should not be considered as a medical assistance service, medical diagnosis, or indicated treatment, and should not function as a substitute, replacement, or alternative to any medical assistance service, medical diagnosis, or indicated treatment by a licensed physician.
You agree not to use the site as a consultation method for medical emergencies.

Advice from your primary care physician. You agree that all contact made with a Research Center is at your sole responsibility and should be made after consulting with your primary care physician.
You agree not to stop consulting or delay your assistance to a doctor for any information you may have obtained on this site.
Third-party information. Trialtech does not necessarily endorse, support, encourage, control, or agree with the information, comments, opinions, or other statements made by the Research Centres and/or visitors on our site. Any information or material submitted by users represents their views and in no way results in Trialtech being encompassed by such postures.
Trialtech does not guarantee a user's and/or Research Centre’s reliability for the information provided, which is the sole responsibility of those who provide such information.
Contact between Research Centers and Users. Trialtech will not transmit to the administrators of clinical trials and research staff any information about users, except what is provided by the users themselves to the website.
Users are responsible for communicating with administrators to obtain more information about the clinical trials identified by Trialtech.
Trialtech is entirely unrelated to the relationship that might generate between users and research centers and simply provides contact information for them to link with each other.
Privacy Policy. In addition to these Terms of Use, we have a Privacy Policy to explain how we collect and use information from site users. The Privacy Policy can be found at: http://www.unensayoparami.org/privacy and is incorporated by reference into these terms of use. By accessing or using the website, you are also demonstrating your acceptance and recognition of our Privacy Policy.

The eligibility or ineligibility of a user for a specific clinical trial is a fact absolutely beyond control and does not depend in any way on Trialtech.
By using the site you agree to:
Not publish content that contains offensive language, is intimidating or pornographic, incites violence or contains nudity or unjustified graphic violence.
Not publish content that violates privacy rights, is subject to consumer protection or sensitive data protection laws.
Not use Trialtech for illegal, deceptive, malicious, or discriminatory acts.
Not provide false personal information or create an account for others without their authorization.
Not create more than one personal account.
Not provide information about another person without their express consent.
Keep contact information accurate and updated.
Not share your password or let another person access your account, nor do anything that could jeopardize account security.
Not take any action that may disable, overload, or affect Trialtech's proper functioning or appearance.
If we deactivate your account, you will not create another without our permission.

You agree that all information published by users and Research Centers on the website cannot and will not be subject to reviews and prior content control by Trialtech, so it does not guarantee the veracity of the content or that the information is updated.

Permanently prohibit you from accessing the website.
Block the IP address's access to the website.
Contact your Internet Service Provider and request them to block your access to the website.
Initiate the corresponding legal actions.
Suspend and/or permanently delete your account.
Delete and/or edit the content generated and uploaded to the website.

Legal actions. Trialtech will initiate corresponding legal actions for any illegal or unauthorized use of the service or infringement of our intellectual property rights. Trialtech complies with the provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data (Mexico) in Possession of Individuals, its Regulation, Law No. 25,326 on the Protection of Personal Data, its regulatory standards, and other applicable provisions, having obtained the Personal Data legally and in compliance with the provisions of said regulation.
